1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Tüpsu Gıda ve Enerji Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Tüpsu") prioritizes customer satisfaction. Return and exchange procedures for orders placed through tupsu.com.tr are governed by the terms below.

1.2. This return policy is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and relevant regulations.


2. RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Products that meet the following criteria can be returned:

  • Products physically damaged during delivery

  • Wrong items delivered

  • Products with expired dates (e.g., bottled water or LPG based on filling date)

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

  • Opened, used, or consumed bottled water

  • Gas cylinders after filling or if the seal is broken

  • Return requests after 14 days from delivery

  • Hygienic items used (e.g., water dispensers, special containers)


3. RETURN CONDITIONS

3.1. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

3.2. For damaged products, a note must be made on the “Delivery Report” at the time of receipt.

3.3. Tüpsu reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a return request.

3.4. For food and energy products (bottled water, LPG), returns are only possible if:

  • The product is unopened and sealed.

  • If a health risk is suspected (e.g., strange odor, sediment), it must be supported by a health report or lab analysis.


4. RETURN PROCESS

4.1. To initiate a return, customers must contact Tüpsu via email at destek@tupsu.com.tr or call +90 XXX XXX XX XX.

4.2. Upon approval, the product is picked up from the customer’s address. For LPG and water products, seal and safety checks are conducted at return.

4.3. After inspection and approval, the refund is processed.


5. REFUND PROCEDURE

5.1. Refunds are issued based on the original payment method within the following timeframes:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Within 3 to 7 business days

  • Bank Transfer (Havale/EFT): Within 2 business days

  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded to bank account (IBAN) within 5 business days

5.2. For Cash on Delivery orders, any delivery/courier fees may be deducted from the refund.


6. EXCHANGE POLICY

6.1. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. Bottled water and LPG can be exchanged on the same day based on stock availability.
