1. Introduction
This Delivery Policy outlines the terms, procedures, timeframes, responsibilities, and customer rights related to the delivery of LPG cylinders and bottled water ordered through www.tupsu.com.tr (“the Website”). This policy has been prepared by Tüpsu Gıda ve Enerji Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“the Company”), operating under the Tüpsu brand.

2. Delivery Areas and Scope
Tüpsu only delivers within predefined service areas. These areas include selected neighborhoods and districts within the European and Anatolian sides of Istanbul. Same-day delivery is available for certain areas, while others may have deliveries scheduled for the following business day. The delivery region is automatically validated during checkout, and orders cannot be completed for addresses outside the service area.

3. Delivery Time and Scheduling

  • Delivery hours are generally from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM on weekdays, and 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM on weekends.

  • Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 5:00 PM for items listed as “in stock”.

  • Delivery times may be affected by force majeure such as weather, traffic, or natural disasters.

4. Delivery Method and Process

  • Deliveries are made by licensed company personnel using motorcycles, vans, or service vehicles.

  • A delivery confirmation form is signed by the customer upon receiving the goods in intact and complete condition.

  • For bottled water, the return of the empty bottle is mandatory. If not returned, a deposit fee will be added to the order.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the customer is not available at the address, our courier will attempt one more delivery.

  • If the second attempt also fails, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued after deducting the delivery fee.

6. Order Tracking

  • Orders can be tracked through the “My Orders” section in the user panel.

  • Real-time updates are also shared via SMS and WhatsApp notifications.

7. Special Delivery Requests

  • It is possible to request delivery at a specific date and time window, which may incur additional charges.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate address, contact number, and name information during the order process.

  • Any missing or damaged items must be reported at the time of delivery by requesting a formal delivery report from the courier.

9. Right to Modify
Tüpsu reserves the right to update this delivery policy to enhance customer satisfaction. The latest version can always be accessed on our website.
