ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the product/service listed below, which is ordered electronically by the Buyer via the website www.tupsu.com.tr.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
4.1. Products are dispatched within the same day of order confirmation and delivered to the specified address. Estimated delivery is within 60 to 180 minutes, depending on traffic and weather.
4.2. Delivery is only available within designated service areas. Tüpsu reserves the right to cancel orders outside its delivery zone.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT AND INVOICING
5.1. Buyer may pay using credit card, debit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
5.2. An electronic invoice is sent via email. A physical copy can be requested and delivered along with the order.
ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without any reason or penalty. However, the following items are excluded:

Delivered bottled water

Opened or used gas cylinders
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to Tüpsu within 14 days.
ARTICLE 7 - RETURN CONDITIONS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1. The returned product must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in resellable condition.
7.2. Tüpsu will refund the product amount within 14 days upon receiving the withdrawal notice.
ARTICLE 8 - RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1. The Seller is responsible for delivering products that are complete, undamaged, and in accordance with the specifications listed in the order.
8.2. The Buyer must inspect the products upon delivery and note any issues on the delivery receipt.
ARTICLE 9 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Court located in their residential area.
